An immersive hands-on program designed to get technicians truck ready faster than traditional “HVACR education” programs. With over 120 years of HVAC experience, our trainers provide practical training and real-world scenarios to truly prepare a technician for the field. Electrical circuits, mechanical systems including compressor replacement, as well as business, sales, and customer service skills are all expressly emphasized in this 4-week program. Class runs one week a month to give Technicians and Contractors the opportunity to immediately put what they have learned into action in the field.
